Alokit Housing is a Jaipur-based residential developer led by a team from banking, real estate, and land-development backgrounds — with a straightforward promise: honest, transparent, direct-to-buyer deals on approved property.

 

Our team’s roots in Jaipur real estate go back to 2012. Our Co-founder & Director, Anshul Jain, established Bahubali Land Developers Pvt. Ltd. in 2012 (CIN: U70101RJ2012PTC038459), delivering plotted developments and residential projects across Jaipur — from Phagi and Tonk Road to Ajmer Road and Jagatpura — over the following five years. In 2017, Bahubali’s land-development expertise was consolidated into Alokit Housing. Alokit Housing is now one of Jaipur’s most trusted names for JDA-approved plotted townships — including Nilgiri and Park Avenue on the Ajmer Road (NH-48) corridor.
Every Alokit project is delivered directly from the developer, with zero brokerage, immediate registry, and full documentation shared with buyers before booking — which is why banks including SBI and ICICI finance our plots. Our approach combines the diligence of the banking world with hands-on Jaipur land expertise, so our customers get long-term value on land that is legally clean, well-located, and priced without the middleman markup.

Anshul Jain

  • Co-Founder & Director

Anshul leads the design, project execution, legal due diligence, and sales at Alokit Housing. If Alokit buyers can get legally verified documents before paying a rupee, it’s because Anshul’s team did the diligence years earlier. He works on finding new projects to start, including identifying & acquiring land and working with joint development partners. Over 15 years in Jaipur’s land market, including five as Director of Bahubali Land Developers, he has specialized in aggregating land parcels in growth corridors that have generated superior returns for Alokit clients. His earlier career spans sales leadership roles at ICICI Bank, HSBC, and Aviva India. He is a commerce graduate and an MBA from Chetna Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Jayant Tuli

  • Co-Founder & Director

Jayant leads strategy, marketing, and the buyer experience at Alokit Housing. Before real estate, he spent a decade in banking leadership — heading emerging-corporate and relationship banking teams at ICICI Bank, Citibank, and IndusInd Bank — experience that shapes Alokit’s document-first, zero-brokerage approach. A PGPM from MDI Gurgaon and B.Tech from NIT Calicut, Jayant has led Alokit since 2014. Bringing his banking and long-term value investing experience, he evaluates real estate corridors and land parcels for suitability for investors. He teaches financial literacy at one of Jaipur’s leading schools.
